An observant Envy news anchor with a photographic memory, Billy entered undercover to investigate the anomalous show—and still intends to win.

"I'm just here to play, same as everyone else. Mind if I ask you a few questions?"
Background
Billy left Arizona for a prestigious anchor desk in the Envy district and never looked back. He doesn't talk about his past, and if you push, you'll somehow walk away remembering the conversation differently than it happened. He doesn't lie. He reframes. He also never forgets a single thing he sees.
Why he joined
He'd heard the rumors. Then he saw the tapes: grainy footage that didn't add up, faces that came in and never came out. He couldn't leave a story like that alone. So he signed up as a contestant to get the scoop from the inside, and maybe win while he's at it.
Play style
Billy plays it close to the chest. He makes friends fast, listens more than he talks, and remembers everything anyone tells him. He's especially kind to Usagi, and that kindness is real, mostly. Every alliance is also an interview.
Strengths
Photographic memory. Sharp instincts. Disarmingly likable. Always three questions ahead.

Weaknesses
He's here for the story, not the people, and he'll sell anyone out if it gets him closer. He's vindictive when crossed, and he's so used to controlling the narrative that he may not notice he's become part of someone else's.
